Dr. Eloi Marijon is a cardiovascular and cardiac electrophysiology specialist, heading the Cardiology Division at the European Georges Pompidou (EGP) hospital in Paris. Dr. Marijon is Professor of Medicine at University of Paris, Senior Researcher at the French National Institute of Health & Medical Research. Dr. Marijon provides inpatient and outpatient care and performs invasive electrophysiology procedures (pacing/defibrillation, catheter ablation and LAA occlusion) at EGP hospital. He has a superb track record of publications, with >500 peer-reviewed papers. Dr. Marijon holds a particular interest in the use of new technologies to improve early detection of high-risk patients, especially in the field of sudden cardiac death, and is involved in different Global Health programs, aiming to develop Research, Care and Teaching in developing countries.
